Meet my girl, Mia

5 hours of dilation and contractions (of course with epidural right from the start!) finally around 7pm Dr Mincham came.  

I was kinda hope we were getting close to pushing Mia out..however .. Dr wasn't happy with Mia's heart rate. It dropped at each contraction.. Though i was dilated, her head wasn't close to birth canal.. 

Decision making.. And Yupe, C sec. 

At about 8pm.. I was in theatre and hey it's really weird, I was numb from neck .. But kinda had that little pulling feeling n perhaps it's all in my head what Dr was doing .. 

At 8.14pm, we heard her cries and continue til these days，haHa!

Instantly I learned how to hold u in my arm ..

Daddy was a bit shocked when he first saw you. He told me you look beautiful but later he confessed that he was shocked to see you when doctor was pulling you out . You were blue and covered with white stuff, not that "nice" 

It was a good call, Mia was playing acrobatic in my belly, cord wrapped around her neck twice and hence she didn't come to birth canal and distressed .. 

Mama's cord was skinny too, that explained why Mia was growing a little slow at the final weeks. We are blessed you have arrived safely and beautiful and healthy, that's all we were hoping for.
