cm or inches?

i saw this really nice custom made dog collar in my last trip to melb.
NO DOUBT, i placed an order for both my gorgeous at home!

when i got back perth, i measured their necks with Marie's measuring tape..
Na was 12...and One was 11

i rang the shopowner and told her, yeah 12cm and 11cm

2 weeks later, she rang up and let me know that she couldnt fit all things in the collar
"THEY SUCH A SMALL DOG!"

so i was like..oh..ok, nvm, just do wat u can!!!!


after i hung up....
my brain started to FUNCTION...

12cm??! if u make a circle with 12cm collar, looks like it fits CHICKEN NECK!!!!

so its actually in INCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no Centimetres!!!!!!!
